Membership Terms

SOS 24:7 Ltd only succeed if you, the customer, are happy with the service we provided for you.

Our customers feel confident they are only a phone call away from experienced people who are not only there to help, but are very interested and enjoy rectifying the unusual mechanical & electrical challenges that we encounter.

We have 3 levels of membership:

• Bronze at a £39.95 annual fee, which includes up to 8 hours of free 'inbound' telephone consultation per year, after which our standard consultancy rate of £14.25 per 30 minutes or part of will apply.
• Silver at a £79.95 annual fee, which includes up to 12 hours of free 'inbound' telephone consultation per year, after which our standard consultancy rate of £11.75 per 30 minutes or part of will apply.
• Gold at a £149.95 annual fee, which includes up to 16 hours of free 'inbound' telephone consultation per year, after which our standard consultancy rate of £9.25 per 30 minutes or part of will apply. Plus two VIP tickets for Southampton & Excel International boat shows will be sent to the member.

All new members receive a free 'Technical' book holder to keep on your boat or yacht, so all technical leaflets & equipment booklets are kept safe.

All calls we make to you are included in the membership fee. So our tip is be brief on the phone, and use email and letter where possible!

The annual subscription is payable annually. Any other charges during that year are payable within 14 days of invoice date. Cheques to be made payable to SOS 24:7 Ltd.

Inbound telephone calls - This is when you are contacting SOS 247 Ltd. Your calls will be timed. If you were to use your free consultancy time within the year, your standard rate applicable per 1/2hr would then be charged.

Any letters or electronic inbound enquiries you send to us only use up 5 minutes each off your allocated time, so for example if you are on the Bronze scheme you can contact us up to 96 times for help or technical assistance, BEFORE it costs you any more! However, if you have 96 problems or more a year with your boat, our advice would be to seriously consider buying a new one!!!!!

Special Offers will be available on the web-site, and as a member you will have a log in password which will enable you to receive even better discounts on the items shown. These will consist of various products from major marine engine & equipment manufacturers who support us, and good quality used equipment. There will be some considerable savings to be made... watch this space!
